Corporate
Boot Camps
Corporate Boot Camps are the edge some businesses need in order to keep their employees focused on their health and
fitness. Yes, we all know the alarming effects a sedentary lifestyle can have on performance in the work place. These concerns
along with rising insurance costs cannot be ignored. Your business may already have a fitness center and
for this we applaud you. Our Corporate Boot Camp is not intended to take the place of that. Corporate Boot Camp is another
fitness service that we can provide for your employees. It is never meant to take the place of your existing programs. We
can provide programs for both indoor facilities and outside the facility property. You can also pick your
own location.
Vision Statement
Our program will be the preferred provider of primary and specialty physical training and health needs within the
corporate world. We provide evidence-based, cost-effective care in a friendly convenient corporate office atmosphere. We will
strive to serve our clients and community by continual enhancement of the education and skills of our staff. We will continue
to develop collaborative relationships with community, professional, and healthcare organizations.

Corporations benefit by decreasing healthcare costs.
Employers who invest in worksite health promotion programs can

observed in:
- Medical costs
- Absenteeism
- Worker’s comp claims
- Short-term disability
- Presenteism (lower on-the-job efficiency due to employee health problems.)
