Corporate Boot Camps

Corporate Boot Camps are the edge some businesses need in order to keep their employees focused on their health and fitness. Yes, we all know the alarming effects a sedentary lifestyle can have on performance in the work place. These concerns along with rising insurance costs cannot be ignored.

Your business may already have a fitness center and for this we applaud you. Our Corporate Boot Camp is not intended to take the place of that. Corporate Boot Camp is another fitness service that we can provide for your employees. It is never meant to take the place of your existing programs.  We can provide programs for both indoor facilities and outside the facility property.  You can also pick your own location.

Vision Statement

Our program will be the preferred provider of primary and specialty physical training and health needs within the corporate world. We provide evidence-based, cost-effective care in a friendly convenient corporate office atmosphere. We will strive to serve our clients and community by continual enhancement of the education and skills of our staff. We will continue to develop collaborative relationships with community, professional, and healthcare organizations.

Our Corporate Wellness Systems

Frisco Adventure Boot Camp’s Corporate Wellness Systems are designed to encourage mutually beneficial programming between the corporation and the employees.

Corporations benefit by decreasing healthcare costs.

Employers who invest in worksite health promotion programs can see a return of $3 - $6 for every dollar invested over a 2 – 5 year period.  Documented savings are observed in:

  • Medical costs
  • Absenteeism
  • Worker’s comp claims
  • Short-term disability
  • Presenteism (lower on-the-job efficiency due to employee health problems.)

Employees are healthier and more productive.

There are over 600 articles that analyze the research and anecdotal evidence of the cost-effectiveness of worksite wellness programs.  In a review of 42 of these articles, there has been shown to be a:
28% reduction in sick leave absenteeism
26% reduction in use of the health care benefit
30% reduced worker’s comp claims and disability management

A recent study showed that corporate fitness center participants had 1.3 days fewer short-term disability claims per year per employee than non-participants and had fewer health risks.

On average, health care claim costs for IBM employees who exercise 1 – 2 times a week are $350 a year less than those who don’t exercise at all.
