What is it?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching & motivational training provided by a certified boot camp instructor.  The nutritional coaching consists of ongoing counselling provided to each camper for accountability practices.  Also, offered is a service that provides weekly planned menus specfically designed for your goals (nominal fee for boot campers).

Where are the locations for the women's camps?
The 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM is held at Express Cheer & Dance and 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM is held at Pizza Hut Park-Gold Lot.  Our boot camp is primarily Outdoors, but we will go inside during bad weather days. 

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, obstacle courses, surprises and more!
Our Boot Camps are held outdoors, however, when necesary we will go to our indoor facility Express Cheer & Dance, 9550 John Elliott, Frisco, TX, which is off of Main St.  between Frisco Street and and 1st Street (before the RR tracks).

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program with a choice of a 3-day/week, 4-day/week or 5-day/week plan for the 5:30AM Session.  Participants will meet Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at the evening session at 6:30PM.  All participants must arrive on time and days can be flexible when needed and all agreed upon).

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.) (no 3 lb. weights please), gloves, water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights at any Target, Walmart or Sporting Goods store.

What can I expect from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! By participating, you will earn reward upon completion. 

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! And, you'll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone else!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299 for the five-day camp (20 hours of instruction)! That's just $14.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?

Other Options:
You can also choose to come four-days per week for $250.00 or three-days per week for four-weeks at $199.00. 


Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full five-day per week program. We know this from years of experience!


We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified about the Body Composition Appointment.
