Adventure Boot Camp is the largest fitness boot camp program in the World, with locations in eight countries. This program is designed by Adventure Boot Camp Certified Instructor, LINDA SABIN.  Her hands-on training at Spencer Escape with Dr. John Spencer Ellis, sets this camp apart from other Boot Camps.  LINDA has the training, experience and the knowledge to get you the results you want!

  •  -  1  hour for 4 weeks.
  •  -  3 , 4 and 5 day per week plans.
  •  -  5:30am - 6:30am Monday-Friday (Women Only!)
  •  -   6:30pm - 7:30PM Monday-Thursday (COED!)
  •  -  FREE Nutrional Seminar (Quarterly)
  •  -   FREE Boot Camp T-Shirt
  •  -  All shapes, sizes and fitness abilities welcome
  •  - Outdoor and Indoor at Location

  • Exercises include:

    Core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, fitness kickboxing, sports drills, obstacle courses, mat work, surprises and more!

    Exercises target specific areas that women need to work on. 
    We make use of the natural environment and every day is different!
